  1. hello there...

anybody there... or should i say... hey you are alone... :crying:

I got touch Apirl 14, 2008 for my I -129F... but not an approval  so what's the use. :crying:

Life really sucks :crying::crying::crying: no good news... i really so sad :crying::crying:

My I-130 if already 8months old.. I-129F 7months old... :crying:

what could possibly be the reason for this??? ooohh my goodness :angry:

i want to shout out loud to say I am :crying::help:

what can we do about this.... :hehe:

You might want to give it a week and watch your mail. We had a touch on 3/30 and then received letter confirmation of NOA2 9 days later by postal….stating we were approved 4/2, and still there is no reference to status on USCIS website, nor an email from them.

You can also try to call and talk to someone…to see if there is a problem. My understanding is that they are working on September and October at this moment… assuming there are no difficult problems with the petition.

Touches mean someone scanned your file in, but what they did is unknown.

    Best of luck and speed.

i am like u wating, when u call the tell u the same bs, u still in prossing time

  2. We just checked the USCIS website and received this on the update after seeing it was finally touched since his biometrics on 1/29/08

On February 21, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you.

After a total of 125 days my husband is finally gonna be able to work. Hurray!!!! He is so happy :D .:dance::dance:

good hot him make that money

  3. I think things are getting better at the USCIS office in Vermont. There are many reports of people getting there second NOA after only 90 days. But I also know that there are many people that will wait much longer that that.

My question is this. Does the USCIS office update there on-line web information. I check to see if there is any change to the application status. But I have not seen any change. All it ever says is pending. If they never update the website. I guess I should stop looking. I was just wondering if any of your guys ever got your NOA in the mail before you saw an update on-line.

My other question is. Does anyone know how long it takes the USCIS to approve your papers? I know how long to wait. I was just wondering if anyone knew how long if you didn’t account for your application just sitting around.

O, and one more thing. Dos anyone have a story about meeting an employee from the USCIS office. I sure if I met one. I would have a few things on my mind.

    Thanks

    Tim

5 months and still wating here

  4. HI EVERYONE!

I entered USA with K1 visa, but due to certain circumstances we didn't get married. So I live here in US since March 2007, which is 11 months. I was wondering can I file for a working visa here in US and how can I do it? Is it possible at all to stay here and not being deported? Or any other possibilities with the permission for me to legally work here (I really want to work). My fiance doesn't want me to leave, he still wants to marry me. But now he has serious problems with his business after he came from his deployment to Iraq, he is trying to solve them.

I would really appreciate any information and advice!!! I couldn'd find anything on this case...

    Thank you very much!

nothing u can do now too late

  5. I think there is something wrong with their phone system. When I call its says that all their lines are busy to hold and they will transfer you into the automated system. Then they transfer you. It says 1 or English 2 for spanish and if you put 1 you get a message in spanish saying that all the lines are busy that they will transfer you back to the automated system. If you press 2 you get the same thing. Then you get the same message when you 1st called, then the phone hangs up.

I tried all day yesterday and all morning today and samething.

I CALL AND GET THE SAME THING

  6. hello, (regarding I-129F)

I was hoping to get some advice in what I should write on the "original statements from you and your fiancee whom you plan to marry within 90 days of his/her admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent"

    .....what should this look like???

    bnr,

If you check here for Fiancé Letter of Intent you'll see an example.

    Dear Sir or Madam:

I, (applicant’s or beneficiary’s name) , do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (petitioner’s or beneficiary’s name), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.
