I am a US citizen and planning to apply for a visa for my girlfriend who lives in Burma, but I was confused about the safest and fastest way to bring her to the state. when I talked to two of the immigration lawyers they both said differently, one is saying a Fiancé visa is a good way and the other said a married visa is best and safest. Please someone give me some advice.
