She dosen't have any DS3025

Hi All,

I was reading about the AOS and I noticed that K1 Visa holders are required to have a I-693A with their application. We do not have one.

The Doctor of my Fiancee gave her a brown envelope with a sealed stamp, so she could not open the envelope. It was given to the Consular Officer at the Embassy. She asked for a copy of what was in the brown enevelope and the Consular officer said ithat it was not not needed.

I don't want her to have to go through a Full Physical again once in the USA. My fiancee is still in Poland till the 28th of June. Should we Contact Warsaw and the Doctor to get the DS3025 ? Should we ask the Doctor to fill out the I-693a?

Did anyone else have the same situation ? What should we do ?

Just got my NVC Letter. They have forwaded my case to Warsaw I know have a NVC Case number,however, when I call to the automated messaging system they have no record o case number. Maybe the computer has not been updated yet.

I thought after NOA2, VSC is supposed to mail it to NVC. Is this still correct?

How long should my fiancee wait for her packet 3?

My Fiancee will be interviewed at the Warsaw Embassy. Should I go to the Embassy with my fiancee? Is it better to go? Should I be worried, If I don't go ?

If it was as easy to find work in the non-US country, would you live there?

Yes. I am originally from Poland moved to the USA when I was seven in 1991. A lot seems to have changed there in these 17 years for the better. I am not sure which way the USA is going right now.

Sure we make more here in the USA, but I think it all evens out. For example people my age from the middle class are stuck paying for student loans for a number of years, so basically what your making goes into something else.

Its sad that the USA is the only industrialized country in the world with out a law on vacation days

In Europe, after one year of labor you are entitled to twenty vacation days!!!

In my current company it takes 20 years for 20 days and I am also an Engineer.(Hopefully I wont be there that long)

Our was just touched today on a Sunday. I m not sure what it means but I had to call my fincee to wake her up and tell me. Just glad someone touched, it might be the cleaning lady seeing to much dust on it.

I thought Brazil was added to the Visa Waiver program(2007) so there is no need for the B1. Am I correct ?
