1. Doctors appt

2. Biometrics (ASC)

3. Actual interview

You schedule the ASC one in the page you have the screenshot above. It will give you the available dates. 

Usually a few days before the interview

That’s the Biometrics appointment. For fingerprinting, pictures, etc. 

You can register your email but her info since it's for shipping the passport within Colombia and it's technically for her interview.

Yup. That one. I believe it changes from NVC to Embassy and a new message shows up below. 

Hi. I believe they send you an email like when you were DQ’d and a message shows up in the portal. Also, in the portal it should no longer say that the case is at the NVC but rather at the consulate. Hoping we hear from them soon.

I’m in the same boat. Waiting for the Bogota interview to be scheduled. My NVC case was approved (DQ’d) on 18Nov22. I’ve read elsewhere that 34-37 days to get the appointment scheduled and then another month to two months for the actual appointment. Hopefully things don’t slow down because of the holidays. 

According to the timeline above you should be getting your interview scheduled by the end of next week. Let me know if you do so I can see if mine is coming up soon as well.
