Hi ,I just keep receiving rfe even thou we already comply that they need ,they even accepted it and then keep sending rfe for 1099 or w2s but we already submitted

From my understanding if you didn't received the email saying you are DQ'd then you are not. Send those documents requested by the RFE as soon as possible. I have seen people getting approved that same day, but you can also go back to the line and have the wait the same amount as people who submit for the first time today.

Hi I send my nvc documents on October 8,

and I have message I have 2  rfe  but when I check my documents it says accepted?

do I have to worry and send the rfe even the documents says accepted

but I’m missing my bio passport can’t read but I uploaded today 

How many days or month you think they review again?
