This Worksheet was just additional information so they can process the background check quicker.

I had done same mistake in writing of my birthdate  I am worried about it what happens ?

Mine applicant information worksheet also returned but after one day I found that I had made mistake in my birth date  now my biography completed so what happens about my mistake in birth date writing
