Hi, i hope you could help me. I am a US citizen and my petition for my mother to come in Hawaii was already approved however there are some Invalid Docs that needs to reupload. Here’s the story: My mother was 1st married to my father and they got divorced under Sharia Court. My mother re-married again to other man under sharia court also. My question is, where to get a Certificate of Divorce from authorized issuing entity like the notation in the attachment i provided below. Please help me.
