  1. okay well fiance' and I decided to hold off with him coming into the us after his noa2 approval, due to personal family problems he was having, well

now the problem has been worked out, and we want to go on with the marriage, only problem is, is that his noa2 was valid until june 19th, which means

it has expired, well called the consulate in trinidad and they said they were still waiting to receive packett 3 for him, which makes me believe they are

still holding the noa2, well second problem is that well now his passport has expired and its taking a very long time to get an appointment, which i think

in his case he can apply for his to be expedited with proof of noa2 letter, but my question is , is it true you can get a four month extention for the noa2 date, and if so how? because when i talked to the consular she didn't mention that. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

  2. I feel pain for your fiance, because he is in a bad place and really has no control over the situation. I feel that Eric has the right to be jealous about another man spending all that time with his girl and also parents. I feel that you are in denial about how you feel about Jeff because if he does not mean anything to you then you would give him the boot, because you say he has his own apartment and he still does family things with you. Also you say you don't love him, well by spending all this time with him you will grow to love him rather he is a bum or not!

  3. I checked yesterday and my case was touched. Today, about 25 minutes ago I received an email saying our case was APPPRRROOOVVVEEEDDDDD!

I was in class when I received the email and I had to basically run out because I could not stay still!!

I hope we see more December approvals this month!!

    GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!!

Wow i'm sooooo excited for the two of you! That also means hopefully my time is near! Again Congrats

and blessings to the both of you!

  4. Ladies,

Please help me. I'm about to lose my mind. I just don't understand it. Why can't my ex let go. You have a WOMAN, so let me go. I'm not giving you any signs or signals that is not over. It's done, finish, final. He just won't get it. I'm engaged, I'm wearing another man's ring...you have a woman (LEAVE ME ALONE). AND do you want to know what he tells me (we have a child, it's never DONE). I'm about to lose my mind. It's bad enough I chopped off all my TALL hair because most of it was falling out, now what little I have is going to fall out too :crying: ...like I need anymore more stress...the K-1 process is already stressful enough. And what really pissess me off is that he keeps on tell my son (4 years old) to ask mommy to marry daddy or ask him where did mommy take you or who did mommy go see...(that's about the LAST I can take) Leave the child out of this.

I feel like a TOTAL EDIAT for staying in a realtionship like this for so long (smadi kick mi please). Should have ended it 4 years ago.

Eunu might read bout mi pon di news. Cho, better mi go get a protection order.

*****and please (I don't want to hear nothing about I should have been married before having kids...like that would have mek one rass difference) I've heard that for the last 4 years. I'm just looking for advice from women or MEN who have been in the same situatioin*****

    Signed

A totally fustrated soon to, BALD Trelawny :crying:

Girl i feel you too, going thru the exact thing, but why? "YOU GOT A WOMAN" Ive finally moved on like YOU suggested, so now whats the problem? We have a 3yr.old ,now he's giving me problems about keeping him so that i can't go to Trini to visit my fiance and for carnival ,but he should know i have back up plan for my son, he wants to make it hard for me, but i'm going to show him how its really suppose to be when you move on! don't let him get next to you, because for some reason they think if they make you upset then you still care for them. "Never let them see you sweat!
  5. hi everyone! It seems it was just a dream...months back, Dan and I had been praying for this final day, a day when we'll be together again. Tomorrow, the 20th of Jan., i shall leave my country of birth to be with the man i truly love. Travelling 10,000 miles from home is quite tough, yet reaching my final stop...JAX, Fl. gives me thrill :luv: knowing that my prince is waiting. Friends...Dan and i are both excited. We would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support. We"re proud to say that Visajourney is our family. We owe this to you guys  I'll keep you posted.

    GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!

    kath & Danny

I am so touched! I hope the best for you and your fiance, I can't wait until i'm as happy as you are.

  6. hello, does anyone know if they consider child support for your kids as income if you don't meet the 125% poverty guidline, and if so does it have to be

court ordered? What if you get a certain amount deposited in your account every month for the last three years for child support and the bank can

confirm it being deposited, i wonder if i can use that income, because i'm about 3,000 short of what i need and i don't have a co sponsor although i do have property in my name that was given to me by my parents and i'm buying a home too, but does it have to be paid for when using as an asset? Any help would be greatly appreaciative thanks.

  7. On the I-134 you have to list all the people you support, ie, who are dependent on you. So, if you support this family member then you need to add him/her to your household size.

It is true that not all consulates require it but I have seen members here from T&T who have recently had interviews who sent it to their fiance. It should be in the packet 3 instructions that your fiance receives.

    Good luck!!

Thanks for the info zeenusah, it was very helpful.

  8. Hello everyone! I was just wondering if when sending affidavate of support, do they consider just you and your fiance, or do they actually look at

everyone in your household, because i have a family member in my home who is age 18, and if l have to list him i may not meet the income requirement, and secondly does every embassy ask for it, does anyone know if T&T ask for list of family members.
