I'm a GC [10 Y] holder since Aug 2022 married to a US citizen, It took me awhile to go throw the process due to covid...,[I applied 2019]. by the time I was approved my spouse and I had gotten settled in my home country, we did come to the u.s. for a month to check up some options but nothing was that relevant.
I have not been in USA since that one trip, and I would like to go back now as something new came up which we want to check up, I've been reading the threads here and had a few questions:
1. what are chances of me being denied entrance?
2. If I get NTA and I will find out later I'm not interested in living in USA, can I give up my GC voluntary instead of appearing at court? is there anything too loose if getting NTA besides GC?
