What do you mean by white books?

Hello,
I got a fast approval to NOA2, but I hear for NOA3 it can be awhile for Guangzhou, China.
I am in China now wanting to help my girl. Will she need all the things outlined in this pdf or will the NOA3 tell me specifically what she needs?

Thanks for the confirmation.

Hello,
Little shocked as I only mailed my I129F and received an email on April 9th, 2014 that the package was received. I expected to wait months and just checked the status of my application to see what was up.
So if on the USCIS website shows Post Decision Activity does that mean NOA2 is coming?

I think LPR is permanent residents, not citizens. I thought only citizens could apply for K1?
You can travel for years and never just lose your citizenship.

If you want legal advice about immigration forms and procedures, then you hire an immigration attorney. The USCIS and DoS do not help people fill out the forms and file everything correctly. That is up to you.
The employer addresses do not need to have all the details, city and state will work.
Except it states that if you have any questions about filling in this form call the USCIS and gives a 1800 number. This is on page 2 of the form.

Appreciate that Sweet Cakes. Strange when you can call both government agencies about the K1 and they say we can't legally advice you .... but you created the forms........

Hello,
I appreciate the links, but I did review those before posting.
Do you need to provide apt number for 5 years residence? Wouldn't you need to give that for a background check?
Also for employer info do you give street name and number or city and country? How detailed of an address.

Hello,
I called both the state department (202) 485-7600 and UCISC at 18003755283. Legally none of them can give information on how to fill out forms. Can someone let me know what agency will give details about g325a and i129f or who they got information from? I asked a question here with no responses and need help with filling out the form.
Some say put this for residence information others say put this for job information.

Does anybody know the answer?
Is it possible to have two residences at the same time or?
-
Hello All,
I was wondering what I need to put for the five years residence section.
I have always maintained a US address and actively stay there or returned to this address, but I also have studied overseas and gone overseas for business where I spent many months at a time overseas.
Is there such a way to explain concurrent addresses domestically and overseas or is it the address I consider my residence the address I put down?

the full k-1 process is here:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=k1flow
it helps to do a little searching in the other links on this webpage
I explained earlier that I seen that, that is just a flowchart of forms and the process and timeline.
I want a flowchart that outlines the attachments needed for each form. A detailed list.

Just the fiance
Does anybody have a more complete list of the K1 process?
I have seen the one here, but that outlines mainly justs the forms in order and when to turn them in.
I interested in more of the documents you need to attach to each form especially packet 3.
Thanks for your answers in advance.

Does the fiancee and the american petitioner have to both get police checks?
-
If your fiancee and you has been living in a foreign country for over 12 months what kind of criminal records are they looking for for I 129F. Is it local or federal, finger prints etc.
The country is neither of our homes.
In regards to the financial support part, I am a recent college graduate, and returning back to the US, so I have not worked in the US recently, but I do having a fair bit of saving that I am bringing back to the Us. I know I have to be the main sponsor, but as co sponsors, my parents will be the main part of financial support as co sponsors.
Has anyone heard of a successful attempt at a K1 where the the co sponsor is mainly providing the support?

Hello Darnell,
I believe I seen you mention using your hukou to go to the hukou place to first get a document then go to the notary office to certify that for Birth Cert or can you just bring the Hukou to the notary office.
