Hello there we just got approved of our I-129f petition and now on the process of filling up form I-134. My fiancee is on a working visa in Thailand and we were wondering since she has a working visa and is employed do we have to show evidence of her working there such as pay stubs, bank account statements etc. As to my knowledge she doesn't have to provide evidence of her income because I will be supporting her when she gets here. In our initial petition we declared that she is working in Thailand. I'm just wondering what is the best thing to do and to prepare in this situation. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

Hello everyone my fiance recently received her NBI Clearance (police clearance) and birth certificate does she need to have it Red ribboned or apostilled? The forms are in English already.

Will it affect the processing time? Or will they ask for more evidence because Its the same company just different title. 

Hi good evening to everyone I'm planning to change job titles but still on the same company the only thing is my income may be less than what I earn now due to less responsibilities of the job title but it is still twice the amount of the required income requirements for the K1 visa. Do I need to inform USCIS? Will it affect my processing time?

Hi all good morning. For the signed statement from the bank and your place of work does it have to be the most recent one or can I get it while waiting for the notice of action 2? 

Which form should be filed for K1 visa? I-134 or I-864?

Isn't the DS-160 for tourists?

So The Bangkok Embassy will process her visa? 

She has a Non-B immigrant work visa.She has been working as an ESL teacher for two and a half years in Thailand.
