  1. Yes I’ve heard about mixed experiences. Some seem to buzz right through. Did the newbie have a LIN ROC petition?
  2. it was very helpful. Thank you. I have also never moved. Lived in King county the entire time. All prior interviews were in Tukwila as well. Argh. I hope I don’t end my N400 interview in a long wait for I751. I don’t think everyone is having the same experience though.
  3. Did you by any chance move jurisdictions from when you filed I751 and N400?
  4. I’m also in this scenario. I have a pending i751 from LIN. Do we have any counterpoints ? Are there any out there where there has been little or no wait following the N400 interview ?
  5. Thank you. Also if you wouldn’t mind sharing 1) when did you file 2) when was the interview scheduled and 3) when was the interview ? It will help everyone in the group get a sense for how quickly things are moving. Thanks and congratulations again on the milestone !
  6. When applying for urgent passports was it sufficient to have hotel reservations alone as proof of travel ? Congratulations on your naturalization!
  7. Sorry to hear it. Did they give you a decision at the end of interview or some other indication ? Were there any complicating factors for you? also if you wouldn’t mind, please share when you filed your N400 and when you received an interview date.
  8. Sigh. So frustrating. Thanks for the response but at least it’s good to be mentally prepared that this could be one of the possible outcomes.
  9. I have a pending 751 as well. Do you know if this is standard for all such petitions or just some of them ? I’m trying to manage my own expectations so I don’t get too disappointed on the day of the interview. ☺️
  10. Is this happening to everyone with a pending I-751 or just a subset ? Any idea why some would have this experience and others get naturalized the same day ?
  11. Congratulations to you and your wife. If you don’t mind sharing - what date did you file and what date was your interview scheduled ?
  12. Oh that’s interesting ! If you got married only in 2/22/2022 how are you meeting the substantial presence test ? I always thought you had to be married and present in the US for 3 years before being able to file for naturalization? Anyway. Great news. Congrats.
  13. congratulations. Your timeline shows you filed on 8/31. You got an interview date in 103 days (3.25 months?). Is that right ? That’s very fast !
  14. Filed my N400. 10/7/2022 priority date. I got the biometrics re-used notice within a week of filing. Does anyone know how long its taking from here to get interview scheduled notices?
