What I meant is that I have lived in the US for three years, and when I got my K-3 visa I had not been married for three years. So we had to remove conditions. Which I just found out was removed today!

I am wondering since I became a Permanent resident because I married my American husband, I know it says you have to be a PR for 3 years, I have been conditional permanent resident for 3 years. Do those years count? Or do I still have to wait three years of actual full on Permanent Residency?

You need to send in the I-485 form, G-325A the Biographic Information which is pretty easy to fill out, if you already have the I-130 approved then you need to have the copy of the Notice of Action for that included and if you don't then you need to have a copy of the I-30 included. You need the I-864 to show you can afford her, An I-693 which you will need to find out who is a civil surgeon located near you. You will need to bring any supporting document that is asked for on any of the forms I just listed. The following may be applicable G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative (if you have a lawyer)
I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, if you want to work while your application is processed
I-131, Application for Travel Document, if you need to travel outside the United States while your application is processed
I-485 Supplement A, and penalty fee if applicable. See 8 CFR 245.10
I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability, if applicable

I recieved my card today. And even though it is conditional residence. The rest of this process is a breeze. I am so glad. God Bless you all. I am so glad we have had each other to be able to confide in, and talk to.

I think you have to have it done by a certified translator to ensure you never screwed around with the document.
