Your fiancee need to file the petition and have him put in the form US Embassy in Abu Dhabi.I have a friend who was in Dubai before and her fiancee (husband now) filed a petition for her and he put US Embassy Abu Dhabi.So she had her medical and interview there in Abu Dhabi.She came here in US from Dubai..she's from the Philippines too

nakita ko sa pics mo sa signature mo.I used to be INC kasi lumaki ako sa side ng step-father ko..INC kasi sila but Catholic talaga ako..bago pa naging asawa ng mother ko step-father ko..binyag na ako sa Catholic.3 kapatid ko..Iglesia sila.So until now di pa din ako kumakain ng dinuguan..kc yun ang nakalakihan ko nung bata pa ako sa side ng INC.
