I received my letter yesterday and my interview is scheduled on December, 14th.
Time to start studying!!
Can someone update my info please?

Same here! I received an email tonight saying my interview was scheduled!!Got the text/email alert that my "Interview was scheduled".
On November 6, 2015, we scheduled an interview for your Form N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, Receipt Number NBC*00XXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
I am guessing between 5th-10th Dec.
I'm happy to see things are moving along. Great to see others moving towards their oath ceremony too!

Hello all,
I have been "in line for an interview" since September 17th– for about 38 days now. Should I touch bases with USCIS with regards to my case? It has begun to preoccupy me.

If it makes you feel any better, I have been in line for an interview since September 8th.
I know that my office is different than yours but there is people that got in line after me and that have already an interview letter.
Try not to pay too much attention to the other timelines. It is great to give you an idea but some of us will be delayed, it is just the way they work. I know it is hard at times. I try not to think too much about it. Your time will arrive!!
Congrats to the few members that got through their interview!! It is great to read your experiences.

To fill up the N400 form is not that complicated. I just sent mine this week after pulling it off for so long!
You can check the example form on this website. It is mainly putting down your info & answering some questions. The only annoying part for me was finding the dates of all of my trips outside the U.S. for the last 5 years (thanks technology!). The other part of why I put if off was the cost ($680, including biometrics), this is something I had to save for.
Next, (you have a few months while your case is being processed) but you have to study for the naturalization test. There is plenty of resources on Internet though!

Hi! We sent our package this morning! uhm one question though. We just moved in to our new place like a month ago,do I have to do a change of address? Although I put the current address on the application. and attached a list of all the previous addresses w/ the application? now I'm worried. Anyway, I sent it via usps,priority and certified mail to CSC.
I think you should be fine. I did change my address on line, but somehow, they kept sending my papers to my old address. I did file the form way after 30 days... it got out of my mind!
Anyways, I did not send another "changing of address" form with the ROC. I just put my current address on the I-751 and added an additionnal piece of paper with my new & old address.
It worked just fine, I received my NOA at my current address.
I was a little bit wondering if it would go to my old address, just like you, but in my case, they did the change of address without the "specific form"! After all, if they ask for your address on every single form they have, it is for a reason, isn't it?

I had to do the shots (2 actually), but the 2nd didn't do me any good! I had a really bad reaction, so I am really excited to know it will be over for the next ones!

cela fait plusieurs mois que je ne suis pas revenue sur visajourney, mais je suis contente de voir toutes ces discussions sur les traditions et nourriture!
Pour Noel, ce que j'ai compris des "stockings" est de les remplir avec des petits cadeaux, des petis objets sans trop grande importance que tu penses qui pourrais faire plaisir à la personne. Ma belle mère offre tous les ans qques outils pour mon mari(car elle sait que ça lui servira un jour ou l'autre), elle me mets qques chocolats, etc. En gros, ce sont des petits cadeaux extras, qu'on n'a pas forcément demandé!
Pour le diner de Noêl, mon mari et moi même travaillons (ds la restauration), donc je ne peux pas trop parler des pb lors du repas. L'ouverture des cadeaux ici se fait plus le matin, mais moi j'insiste tjs de les ouvrir à minuit!! je suis trop impatiente!!
Ce qui me manque en France, le fromage bien sûr!! Comme tout me monde, j'ai essayé le camenbert, ou autre, mais c'est hors de prix et pas du tout la même chose!! Le seul que j'achète de temps en temps est le "fromager d'Affinois" qui est crémeux et assez bon. Je me mets plus à acheter des fromages de pate dur (à Whole Food Market) d'Espagne ou des US, et attends de revenir en Fce pour manger tous les bons fromages crémeux!
Le chocolat me manque bcp aussi!! J'achète du Lindt pour compenser, mais la gde sélection des magasins en Fce est tellement mieux.
La dernière envie qui m'est venue il y a qques semaines était de vouloir manger de la gelée de coings!! Je sais pas si vous aimez ou pas, mais moi j'ADORE!!! j'ai cherché partout de trouver des coings (quinces), et enfin à Whole Food, j'en ai trouvé , et décidée de faire ma propre gelée!! De pouvoir me faire une tartine avec ce gout de coings m'a fait tellement plaisir et m'a fait retourner en Fce pour qques minutes!!
Cela vous arrive-t-il des fois d'avoir une énorme envie de qques chose qui n'est qu'en Fce! un peu comme une femme enceinte, j'ai cette envie ds ma tête jusqu'à je puisse la satisfaire... enfin si je peux!!
alors je mets un mois avant que cela me passe! 
Enfin Sabrina, je suis complètement d'accord pour les tampons aux US!! Ils ne connaissent que ceux avec appplicateurs, plus juste une marque sans! et sont hors de prix. J'ai voulue il ya qques mois changer de tampons pour des tampons "biologiques", mais bien sûr, ils n'ont qu'une marque et que des tampons avec applicateurs!!
De france, j'ai moi aussi de la fleur de sel et du piment d'espelette. A chaque retour de Fce, je reviens aussi avec au moins 6 mixa pour les lèvres! car je n'aime pas les chapsticks ici!!

To make your wedding recognize by France, you need to check your French Consulat.
The only thing who can make things slower is that you didn't do the "publication des bans" at your French Consulat (according to what you're saying), but it doesn't mean you cannot make it recognize by France. It might result in having you coming to your Consulat for an interview...even if I never heard anybody who had to go.

I am sorry you got an RFE for your medical!
I 've seen your topic, and if I were you, I would also do the entire medical, even if it sucks for the cost!!
The way they explain the RFE doesn't seem to be clear... so, yes, better safe than sorry; especially if maybe they lost the DS-3025!!

As I told you by pm they contacted me by phone something like 5 days after I sent them a fax.
I also heard of a US citizen who managed to get them on the phone. I think no answer after 3 fax is a good reason for you to insist on that one.
In any case don't try to call the number that they charge you 15 euros for. I tried when I couldn't figure whether our case was in France or Niger and got a guy on the phone who was a pure idiot.
I'm not sure 5 weeks is that long though, is it?

I just found this thread in this subforum. it has been 5 weeks since national visa center sent me a letter regarding the K1 case which will be sent to US embassey in paris. we still haven't got the package 3.I tried to call the embassey and was told they only accept fax for queries. now we have sent 3 fax, 3/11, 3/23 and 3/24. still no any response. i am going to call the embassey again on Monday.
Have any of you had this kind of experience? it's not smooth on every steps of this journey. i am so tired these days.

Like Lili&Kai, I would not advice you to call the number where they charge you! I did call for the same exact reason (worried I didn't receive my P3 yet), and I also had a useless guy! He didn't seem to know anything about the P3!, or about the K1 visa!!
I remenber sending them a fax, which they never responded, but I know I had my P3 pretty soon after sending it.
If I were you, I would try to wait a little bet more; even if I totally understand that the wait is hard!! I remenber checking my mail box as soon as the mail guy passed!!!

My parents don't have a computer at all, so I usually talk to them over the phone, or see them from my sister's web-cam.(but usually they just stare at me, and don't dare talk through the web-cam!!
)The connection thing must be annoying! It sometimes happens to me when I am with my sister, and usually we end up calling each other so we don't have to repeat every 2 sentences!
Anyways, I find it cute that your parents are trying something they might find "weird" for a little bet, but they do it still so they can see you!

I had my interview yesterday and it went very well.
The lady that interviewed me was nice, and the test was really easy.
She said she recommended me for approval. I might be scheduled for the oath ceremony in a month to a month and half depending on how many people are ahead of me.I don't really care at that point, I am just happy the hard part is over... I can see the finish line!!
Good luck for the others that are still waiting & congrats for the ones that are now US citizens!
