Combo Interview scheduled - i751 & N400
paco5 replied to paco5's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
@mindthegap -How on earth do you know the content and substance of what was said? How on earth do you know the content and substance of what was said? - Its all the email that she sent to the USCIS and their response and the email to the senators office and she wrote letters in terms of how we met and our marriage issues ( i can tell you more in to that if u want in DM) and notarized, transcript from our phone conversation when we were talking about divorce and the marriage issues ( i guess she used some S/W) and mailed it to the USCIS office. I cant imagine your case 'no longer a permanent resident' - I though only the judge can remove the PR status. I still don't know the substance of what was said by my ex spouse - I think this document feature is very recently added feature. -

paco5 replied to paco5's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
@mindthegap - She went ballistic like 150 pages of stuff mostly redundant and some or irrelevant includes the emailing the USCIS Fraud department and other agencies that i mentioned earlier. But did you have combo interview for your N400 or was it separate? -

paco5 replied to paco5's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
@OldUser - Thank you for your quick response, I have a lot of questions, and we can unfold one by one if that's ok. i ll bring all the docs with me but the tricky thing is i was at West coast when i filed my i751 2 years ago and now I'm at East coast and my interview is at Philly and my attorney who filed my i751 can't come in person , My question is can i hire different immigration attorney and take with me to the interview as u mentioned a just for the purpose of interview or does it have to same one?) Yes i don't know how the N400 interview goes can you please tell what to expect and i know on the high level there will be questions about my marriage, communication and civic about the US( I don't know how many questions i need to get it right ? will that be written or oral and how this test will be ) I'm filing under 5-year rule and i have a clean record no DUI . -
Hi All I want to thank @mindthegap @Crazy Cat @OldUser @Dashinka and more people from this forum for helping me with my previous question and I'm successfully made it back to US. I'm really Sorry to ghost you guys, it was a tough few years and now I'm finally divorced. I filed a new i751 with Divorce waiver and finalized my divorce last year after 6 years of marriage,18 month of divorce process, My x - spouse after getting a big chunk of money from my divorce reported USCIS marriage with a lot of fragmented documents that i married her for Green Card (combining the documents from divorce and transcript from our phone conversation the stuff that husband n wife talk when we are emotional or in the heat of the moment , I can go over the details later). I don't want to confuse y'all want to stay on track, i can tell more as we discuss. I need help from you guys for my N400 i filed it online in USCIS website and filed i751 with attorney on a fixed fee basis but that time we didn't know she complained about me to the USCIS. The only way i found out was the documents got uploaded in my USCIS account ,She reached out to Biden's office, Senator, ICE, CBP and told them I'm a national threat , criminal you name it , on the other side i don't know what i need to prepare and carry with me when i go to the interview (for example tickets from trips to my home country, visit both of our families, therapy, couples therapy for 2 years, lease agreement, utility bills, divorce decree, Credit card bills 1. Can you guys help me with all these being said how can i prepare for the N-400 interview and i751 what to expect because of her big complaint. (I will talk to my attorney 2-3 times before my interview only for i751 since I'm on my own for N400) I paid/filled my tax every year. Thanks, Paco. Thank you for your time,

@mindthegap thank you for your detailed response, do you think the CBP knows my i751 got denied ? Will they ask to surrender my GC ? I will not disclose this letter to them and just show the stamping and your response gives me hope to fly this Sunday and I have kept all my bank accounts and paying my credit cards. -

Hi Everyone, I have 2 question. 1.Filed with divorce waiver on May 2021 and my interview was scheduled for May23rd 2023 but on May15th it got cancelled and this is my current status which is confusing. On May 15, 2023, we cancelled your interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXXX, and mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if we need something from you. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 14, 2023, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. 2. I missed my 2nd extension letter which i received on March 2023 for 2 more years but i lost it , I made a request online in the USCIS website to get a copy but still no response. Please help me, Any input is helpful, Thank you.
