paco5 replied to paco5's topic in Working & Traveling During US Immigration
@mindthegap thank you for your detailed response, do you think the CBP knows my i751 got denied ? Will they ask to surrender my GC ? I will not disclose this letter to them and just show the stamping and your response gives me hope to fly this Sunday and I have kept all my bank accounts and paying my credit cards. -

Thank you crazycat, I'm searching for an attorney now. If you know any good attorney could you refer ? -
Hi all I filed i751 May 2021 with the divorce waiver and left USA to my home country in august 2023 with the info pass stamping valid till July 2024 , now my i751 got denied last week with the reason that I left USA for the long time and I booked a ticket for this Sunday to return to USA. If anyone knows please tell me if I can travel back to USA with the valid stamping even though my i751 got denied?I called the USCIS customer service she said the tier 2 officer will call me back with in 72 hours but I don't have much time. Thanks in advance, A.

Form I-751 interview got cancelled
paco5 replied to paco5's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Hey Mike My apologize for delayed response. Thank you for your response my question 1. i lost the new extension letter for 48 months USCIS sent me feb2023 and how can i get it since i need to travel ? 2. My status is we cancelled your interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXXX and i dont know what will happen and is anyone is like me. thanks, Andy. -
Hi Everyone, I have 2 question. 1.Filed with divorce waiver on May 2021 and my interview was scheduled for May23rd 2023 but on May15th it got cancelled and this is my current status which is confusing. On May 15, 2023, we cancelled your interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXXX, and mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if we need something from you. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 14, 2023, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. 2. I missed my 2nd extension letter which i received on March 2023 for 2 more years but i lost it , I made a request online in the USCIS website to get a copy but still no response. Please help me, Any input is helpful, Thank you.

That's insane that you are waiting more than 2 years for the interview, Do you think the delay is based on the field office load or still the petition is in the main office or its just random thing ? its very confusing i filled my i751 on April 2021 and after 17 months 1. I got the status changed to Case was Transferred and a New Office has Jurisdiction on September 15 2021. 2. Now its changed to ready for interview. Thanks again.

@crazycat - I thought the interview will be in 2-3 weeks and this is the message i saw in UCSIS website . As of September 29, 2022, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Please clarify the same, Thanks.

Thank you for your time and response. I will tell her today that i joined this forum and ask her to join as well and we both know that the interview can happen at any time. She knows i have only 2 options and the she said - lets hope some miracle happens and it ll get approved. So she doesn't trust you, yet she doesn't want to divorce and she doesn't want to co- sign the petition? This is beyond immigration, but are you sure you guys want to stay together? -- Yea i want to be honest here , I cheated on my wife she thinks i used her and i have no remorse and i have a hard time connecting with anyone on a deeper level and i lack Empathy and emotional connection.

Hi Thank you for responding to my question. Crazy Cat - I filed I-751 with a waiver. Rocio0010 - but did you already divorce? - During April 2021 things were not good between us so i filled the i751 with the divorce but then July 2019 i wanted to work things together( going to Therapy due to my own issues and part of men's group, Couples counselling ) and i realized how much she loves me and revoked the divorce and here is the tricky thing, for the government we are married but as per USCIS I'm in the middle of divorce and my wife don't trust me any more and she don't want to co petition and don't want to divorce. You said your wife doesn’t want to, but yet you filed with a waiver -- During March 2021 she don't want to coopetition the i751 and that time we wanted to separate so filled with the waiver ( make sense? ). I have a strong feeling the IO will ask for the final divorce papers during the interview, please clarify?
