Guys..Finally we got the interview date.

Our case was completed on July 30,2008

My interview date is September 16,2008 , 7.00 AM

They has been scheduled it yesterday.

Keep calling them,you will get it.

Don't need to mention before that.They only want to know from age 16.

We got ref in this question,too.Because I didn't write from age 16.Then we sent the new one back.After that our case was complete.

I got rfe today regarding DS230 question no 20

My DOB is September 03 1982 .I got 16 years old in 1998 but i m living in Delhi from 1989

please note in my G325 form i have mentioned that 5/1990 - present i m living in Delhi but by mistake in my old DS -230 i entered 1989 ----present i have not mentioned the months .

IN this case what should be the answer of Question 20.

21 c.put 1 but total have to be 2 because do not count anyone twice.

21 a and 21 c are the same person .

In section 21, it is specified that "DONOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE", so even when you enter 1,1,1 in 21.a 21.b and 21.c when doing the totals in 21.h count the same person only once, hence giving a household sizse of 2.

Atleast, that's what we did and our I-130 have been accepted for processing.

My husband is filling out I 864 and also confusing in Part 5: Sponsor's household size.

He is sponsoring only me,nobody else. So that :

Item 21.a We have to put 01

21.b Have to be 1

21.c Can we put 0 ? Because if we put 1,then 21.h Household size will be 03

It is not correct because we have only 2 of us.

I wolud like to change my choice of agent from the lawyer to become my husband because our lawyer

doesn't pay attention to us .Everytime we called him,he never pick up the phone,we had to leave

the message and he never call back fast.Our I-130 APPROVE SINCE February 15,2008 until now(05/23/08)

can you believe that he doesn't do anything for us at all only I call NVC by myself to find out my case number.

Sorry to complain a lot but I was very disappointed.. :

Anyway do I have to fill out any form to change my choice of agent or only e-mail to NVC to let them know ?

I think you should receive noa1 soon becuase my husband just received it on Dec 26.

We sent I130 around July 27.It took 5 months to get inoa1...so so badddd

My husband send I130 on July 27 and we just received NOA1 on Dec 26 by mail.

It take 5 months for us to get NOA1.I was so sad.I wanted to go back to the USA

and be with my husband a lot.

I hope you will approve soon..I will keep you in my prayers..

I am so frustrating too.My husband and I sent I130 since July 27,2007 and

we got NOA1 on Dec 24,2007.It takes 5 months for NOA1.....So bad.
