Hi i also got my Greencard yesterday morning. Im so happy.lol Like u, i was interviewed last june 12 and the interview went smooth too.

No problems with RFE's, biometrics and Interview. The interviewer never asked more evidence. That's why im also so thankful to the people here who help me with this paperwork. Of course, im thankful to God who made this immigration journey smoothly. Thanks to all. Just pray always...

Hi! i really feel what u feel right now when my hubby was fired without reasons. We were confused that time on how to file AOS especially the payment was high. But, thankfully God hears our prayer and he was able to save money for AOS payment. He also receive unemployment but its not enough for expences so its really hard. I was really keep praying that God will hear us and that he could find job at least for the time we need it for interview. Its kinda hard if the interviewer will ask you like employment letter or paystubs if you dont have ( God forbid). The interviewer never asked anything even if we're already prepared. So, just keep on praying i know God will hear you. You can do it and I'll pray for you. I been through with what u experience now thats why i cant resist not to post here. You can do it !

Hi debby i got also my interview yesterday morning and thanks God it turns out well. Anyway, we were asked also like that things about prostitutions etc becoz it was in the form we submit. We were also asked regarding our relatioship. When and how did we met. Asked us what we can tell to eachother. He never look our pictures and evidence that i prepared. I even handed him our 2007 joint tax return but i forgot its not the right page where our signatures should be shown. He just told us- its not a big deal. Then he told us he wil approved us and give us a paper that we should apply for 10 year greencard before the 2 year greencard expired. Thats it... It took only for about 10 mins. He then congratulate both of us and thanked him too. When i look my email yesterday afternoon i received a CRIS messge for card production that my card will sent a couple of weeks. So do u receive an email from CRIS? Unless, you did sign up for that. I could see you will also get your greencard soon. congrats

The interviewer told us to raise our hands and swear to tell the truth. Then, asked us couple of questions regarding our marriage. How did we meet and what can we say to eachother as a couple. He asked some questions in the form we already answered when we submit the application. He never asked anymore for more evidence. not even our pictures or any other evidence. Then after the interview- he told us that he can only gave me conditional greencard w/c is for 2 year greencard. Then apply for 10 year greencard before 2 year frame or before it expired. He congratulate us and then we thanked him too. Thats it... it took only for 10 minutes. Then, when i look my email this afternoon- i got an email from CRIS for card production that my card will be mailed to me within 30 days. yahoo..... Thanked God ofcourse for his help. So guys, just keep on praying and everything will be okey.

we filed last dec 28 and got my receipts 3rd week of january. Then got my working permit 1st week of march. Second week of may got my interview letter. Our interview will be next week june 12. hope this would give u an idea.

Hi im also from detroit. send my aos application together with my work authorization last dec 30 and they received it jan 4 i think. I got my biometrics last 3rd week of february and got my working permit march. But im wondering why i never got my interview schedule yet. do i have to worry? what i mean when i received my 2 reciepts of my application for change of status and emplyment authorization. i found out the A# if both receipts is different. one is the correct while the other one is not right. so after i received the receipts i send a letter regarding the discripancies with the 2 receipts with highlights in my A#. im just worried

coz its been 2 weeks i never hear from them about it. and i just received my appointment for biometrics.

so the thing i wod do maybe will ask them when i have my biometrics. thanks for the advice
