  1. Hola, carolina.. como estas buena suerte con todo...

si tu novio ya envio los documentos y todo esta en regla espera que le legue a la casa a el un papel que se llama

    I-797C,

    Notice of Action

    Receipt Number: EAC XX-XXX-XXXXX

toma este numero y ve a la pagina www.uscis.gov

y registrate para recibir informacion en el caso por correo electronico..., en cualquier caso le mandan informacion a tu novio a la casa y tambien por correo electronico..

    todo bien. chao

  5. If "verbal abuse" and "Racial Descrimination" is evident, think with your head and not with your heart, before the problem becomes a lot bigger. Remember that the mouth speaks out what lives in the heart.

Don't feel sad, lift your head, smile :) , and if you want re-start everything from Zero and then make a decision. Good Luck, HAPPY NEW YEAR. (L)

  6. I remember when I was around 19 or around that age... going to a strip bar,, and seeing this "ANGEL" dancing in one of those "Dance Poles" She was young and very attractive, I was just staring at her with my mouth open and the beer half way empty getting hot in between my hands, but it was not just me alone, it was like 6 other dudes in the same situation... every time she smile, we used to drop dollars at her feet, and after she finished her dancing time, there was a line waiting for a "Lap Dance" which at that time cost $20.00 I suddently stop going to the "Strip Bar" and have no idea what ever happened to her, All I Know is "It doesn't matter where is she right now, my eyes saw her" thanks God back then I had a girlfriend whom I used to visit early in the morning the next day with the excuse of "Miss you and just want to breakfast with you today" I believe nature created us that way, to admire beautiful things, Thanks God for the women. God Bless them all.

  7. Thank you for your support ZeeNosh and Mox, it made me really happy to log into "VisaJourney" and see your opinion posted there, for all of you Merry Christmas and a Happy!!!!,,, Happy!!!! NEW 2008.

Well so far my experience with this Visa proccess it's not so bad.

    Only two recomendations.

    1.

When my fiance printed the G325a and filled in all of the information, at the bottom she signed her name and, where the date goes instead of writing 12/07/2007, for (Dec 7/ 2007) she wrote: 07/12/2007, in North America this means July 12, 2007. In Latin American you write first the date / month / year / Well to my own opinion this was fine if I was going to file in Latin America, but then is wrong because I didn't want the case to be RF, just becuase of that, so I asked her to please fill in the information one more time, but this time with the correct date format. (She though I was playing  )

    2.

When I asked her to send a passport style photograph which I included a sample that I found in the USCIS web site, she was not able to open the USCIS SAMPLE FILE. So she send me a Colombian passport style photograph, which shows only her face, and as her face finishes the same way the picture is cut. This picture was wrong. Later around I found out, they have to tell the photographer, that the picture is for "AMERICAN VISA"
