    I couldn't find any statement on staying more than 6 months. It says we need to get a reentry permit if we stay more than a year. How about staying overseas for more than six months and less than a year, will that be a problem?

    Called USCIS immigration fee and it was $235. I paid before a week my parents entered the USA. Agree

    They call it the USCIS Immigration fee. No, they do not have to. You can pay for this after they get their visa.

    Hello, I am a US citizen and I have paid USCIS Immigration fee for green card for my parents on 04/23/2024 and I haven't received green card yet. When I try to track the process it keep showing me this.... Can anyone please guide me what should I do? Thanks
