  8. well today i have passed my interview in casablanca consulate, the interview went okay, and everything was handled, until the officer told me last year i applied for a touriste visa,i said yes,and told me,who was the wife,i told her what wife?and she said that it is wrote in our database that i said i have an american wife who is 57 years, which never happened, all what the officer asked last year after reading i am going to visite my fiancee, she said, when you got divorced i said 2006,and said i can't accepte your visa because you dont meet the requirments, well the officer this morning said, well leave all the letters, the pictures and everything, take your passport and i will call you soon, she gave me a form and she checked a box that contain: other: review submitted correspondence,we will contact you when the review is complete.

plz tell me what all this mean?

thank you?and is this mean my visa is refused, going that all the question i did answer them, and all went fine.apart this paper.it have something wrote under : optional form 194/us department of state

    is this an administrative processicing?

  9. thanks for your answers, this is really helpful,i'am from Tunisia, the mistake was in my biographic form, not in the i-129 form, instead of putting a 5 it was 7,i believe it was the lawyer who did it,because my fiancée called me once and told me something wasn't clear in the form so the lawyer made it clear, and it was the date of birth of my ex.so all i have to do is,write the correct things, and if they ask me i say it was the mistake of the lawyer because he corrected the number without referring to me,he though its a 7 instead of 5?is this okay?

  10. hi thanks for your answer,it seem not a lot are interested in giving some advice, thank you dear Eric and Teresa,we did fill for a k1,my ex was from united kingdom, and she was the one asked for the divorce not me,i have a British divorce decree with only names nothing else, and the divorce is accepted by my country court,so i have the acceptance that the divorce is good in my country too,if i fill the real one, will they ask for a new process, and yet another one year of waiting?or they won't care about it?i have already asked for a tourist visa, and i did fill the real date of birth of my ex,so they would know if they want,so i am just worried about if they will ask for a new application, since the first was filled with the wrong ex date of birth, what do you suggest?

    thanks

  14. sorry for this confusing thing, here is the situation, iam a tunisien citizen,i have met my ex,after nearly a year,we got married, and this was against her family wish, which i didnt know until later,i was 20 and she was 45,she is the british citizen,we was in a serieuse relation, while we applied for a visa under the waiver at the british embassy,we waited 3 months,at the interview, they asked some question,my ex wasnt a person who earn a lot and didnt have her own location,so she was living with her brother, after many question they told me that my visa is denided, because of age diffrence and also because there is no accomodation for me when i go,after we dicided to apply again, but as probleme started to show with her family, she decided to go for divorce,i didnt hear for several weeks from her until i got the divorce decree, after thinking i found out that beeing together can be almost impossible,so we went for the divorce, iam divorced now two years.

now me and fiancee did apply for a k1 visa, and looking forward beeing together, the age diffrence between us is 19 years, but we love each others so much, the only concern i have is,will the us embassy take in consideration my first divorce, will it affect my application, the divorce was for hardship,i mean because of the family,so what you think?

    thanks
