We have just received the email from NVC yesterday stating that my wife's interview is scheduled. Yes!!! And we need to follow the instructions to prepare for the interview. Problem:

When I'm at the Step 8 at CGI Stanley website (after Step 7 "Specify Documentation Delivery"), the system needs to confirm the case ID. However, it prompts that the case ID can not be found.

What to do?
