To anyone out there doubting - we also had all the "taking longer than expected" and thinking it would take until September but it suddenly all moved so fast!

I called USCIS and talked with Live Representative. He was also confused why Officer Sent RFE and Canceled Notice of RFE.

officer still opened Link to submit Additional RFE document on Portal.

which creates more confusion.

Uscis Representative suggested to mail back within a 7 working day wether officer need audition document or it’s just mistake.

Photos , Marriage Certificate ,Joint  Bank Statement , Affidavit  of Present at marriage by Beneficiary Parent, Passport PDF including stamps ,etc

I checked In Documentation section but there is only Notice of RFE. 
Portal is still open to submit document.

They issue cancelation of RFE but didn’t close the Link on portal to submit document.

Hope will get positive reply from USCIS Soon.

The RFE could be for medical, per an attorney on YouTube.  Keep checking the documents section for the rest of this week.  If you don’t see it by maybe Friday, then call on Monday to inquire about the RFE to be sure it wasn’t sent in error or cancelled in error.  Hope it all works out for you.

Yesterday I was Asked RFE and same day They Canceled Notice of RFE. I am Confused what to do ? Respond to RFE or Wait for Approval ?

you can even click on other peoples receipt numbers and it takes you to their account and shows the " exact message they got from the USCIS "  . it will show the beginning of the timeline and ending of the time line .

USCIS Per day process Petition at NSC = 412

Time it will take to process Pending  files

37134 % 412 per days = 90 Days

I have seen Some I-130 Applications NOA2 is of 2 to 3 months if I-130 Filled date is after May 2022.
