    Neither cards are expired. My wife was given a 2 year and daughter a 10 year. I have a copy of the front fortunately. The question is if I do not have a copy of the back what do I do? Just say lost the card? Lost the card and applying for replacement? The instructions state: Permanent Resident Card You must file your petition with a copy of your permanent resident card or alien registration card, and a copy of the permanent resident or alien registration cards of your conditional resident children that you are including in your petition. Submit copies of both front and back sides of the card. Since daughters card is 10 years, I don't have to provide hers. Correct? Thanks

    My wife is here on 2 yr visa. Daughter on 10 yr visa. Instructions says to submit both green card copies front and back. My wife has hers. Can't find daughters. I do have a photo of the front. Looks like I need to file a I-90 for daughter to get new card. What do I do? Send front and back of wife and front of daughter stating can't find and we ordered a replacement?

    Didn't know where to submit this. My wife visa needs to be renewed in March 2026. Plan to file this form in January 2026. Do we send a payment of $1,050? Do we need to submit evidence? Any idea how long it takes to hear back? How long the process is? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I applied for ITIN for both wife and daughter. Wife received after 2nd attempt. Daughter rejected. They both arrived. Daughter received SSN in a week. Will wife recive an SSN also? Should I use ITIN?

    Yes. US address. Checked yes for SSN. Paid fee before price increase.

    Post office - meaning change of address so mail gets forwarded. Want to ensure we receive the green card. What does $220 fee pay for?

    We are planing to move in 2 months. I need to put a change of address with USCIS, correct? And post office.

    After paying the $220 fee (after visa approval), how long to receive SSN and green card? Are they mailed separately?
