Hello there, just wondering if your interview at the cairo embassy went well? We have just sent out our Packet4 and Im waiting to hear from the NVC to when my interview and medical would be appointed. Any help would be great, are visas issued straight after approval? Thanx a bunch!

I know that every copy needs to be a. in arabic (original copy) b. translated. My question is, does the police report need authentication from the U.S Embassy in Egypt once it has been translated or can I send the original and translated copy as is with the rest of the package to the NVC. How did you go about doing it? Any information would be so appreciated! Thank you!!!

Order goes like this:

1.Notice Approval of I130

2. Payment of $75 in order to proceed.

3. Of-169/Of-230 - Your wife signs papers stating who will be representing and recieving the mail (attorney/if not, preferably you)

4. I-864 - Forms completed by the petitioner (you) for your taxes

5. A fee of $380 in order for Packet 4 to be sent to the beneficiary

Hey there Ahmad, Im not sure how late is this response considering u had that blog posted in Nov. But to answer your question about the package, ull be paying a fee of $380 in order to send Packet 4 to your wife. And a note of advice, its better if the NVC sent the packet to you (u are in the U.S right?) then you can overnight it to your wife in Morroco.

Mabrook Just a quick note on ur situation, i doubt that there will be a problem with your husbands nationality, i have a friend who carries the Jordinian passport - however, originally palestinian/born and raised there - married to an egyptian green card holder, she applied for the I130 back in April and she has recieved her packet 3 already...i know it
