    Have a i485 RFE asking for police certificates. For Pakistan, the DOS reciprocity schedule says police certificates are unavailable (because while you can get them they are unreliable) and are NOT required for consular processing. Would this also apply for USCIS/i485 RFE? or should we MUST get them.
