Hi guys!

I received CR-1 GC with mistake on the date of birth..

Currently I’m outside of US 

What I have to do?

I am concerned because come July 14th, 2023, my cr1 will expire. I called and requested an expedite but I have not heard from them. 

What more can I do to speed up the process to get a decision? 

Come April 2023 should I start preparing to adjust status if a decision will not have been made?

We were married less than two years when i arrived 

im wondering why they  want see me for biometrics appointment then I’m not on AOS proses 

Hey there! I’ve got CR-1 visa and arrived in USA. I have been waiting for my physical GC but I received biometrics appointment from USCIS 🤷🏻‍♀️ 

My question is do they convert categories on CR-1 to IR-1 because we’ve been married for 23 months?
