My fiance just got approved for his K-1 visa. And I'm reading that he has to go to a CFO seminar and interview with someone before he can leave his country. I'm reading the documents that he needs and they only need what he provided at the visa interview? Does he have to provide Proof of residency/Alien Registration Card-ARC of foreign spouse?
