Hello to everyone

Please I want your advice;

I am leaving to be with my wife this month. She lives in the state of Idaho. I want to use air France Company to join my wife. Than means I have to fly from Casablanca to Paris then from Paris to Salt Lake and next to Idaho. I have only the category IV CR1 visa that is valid for 6 months so am I allowed to fly from other countries or I am required to fly directly from Casablanca to USA without using another country??

Yassine is on his way as we speak to pick up his VISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY :dance:

Today is one year to the day of our wedding ceremony!!! and i got woke up before 6 AM with a text to my phone from my habibi tellme to come to yahoo......

The man said he will call when the visa is ready. Little nervous about that because he didn't give a time frame... but he didn't say anything about AP so Inchallah it won't be too long!!!

It was one year ago that i signed the last paper with yassine in front of the adoul.

we didn't have the ceremony until the 13th and it ended the 14th

So it is our first anniversary.

I miss him so much.

I just wish he was here already, although suddenly my patience is renewed.

He is leaving tonight on the bus to go to Casablanca and turn in our financial evidence. Last time it only took them one week to review... i hope it is that fast again.

I really would like to have him home before Thanksgiving. Inchallah

What is the fastest way to send mail securely? We need to send a packet of financial evidence from Idaho to Morocco as quick as possible...

We have always used Priority Shipping and it takes 12 days on the button.

Any ideas or opinions of faster service elsewhere?

And if you know prices that would be super helpful too!!

Well I don't know much at this point. Just got a quick call from Yassine.

The same woman asked him a million more questions... He knew all the answers. When that part was over she said she doesn't think my mother's financial is enough for our family of 5... i don't get that because i have my own income.. She lumped me and my kids and Yassine in with my mom and her two kids but only used my mom's income... sounds like she didn't include my income even tho she included me and my kids in the count. I don't understand that.

So she said she is going to review my mom's financial evidence and call him for a THIRD interview....

Sounds to me like our relationship evidence is sufficient now tho... so I guess that is one more step ahead....

Now Yassine is not sure if he should go back to Oujda and wait for another interview or stay with family in Rabat and wait for the call.

I have another family member that is willing to sponsor, would it help if he has her I864 and evidence in hand for the next interview in case they say mom's isn't enough (which is ridiculous she makes over 3000 per month and owns her home with 40,000 equity in it)

One member of my family even said maybe the whole family should send their financial info and show we will all support each other.

Not to mention Yassine will find a job and work too.

First Interview

Finally got a response from the senator in my state... they made the inquiry yesterday and low and behold Sino got a call this morning from the consulate saying his second interview date is October 7 at 2 pm!!!!

Inchallah He will be home soon!!!

His interview was september 25

we did not get sent back to US we got denied and told we will get a second interview.

The short dark haired white faced woman with glasses refused to look at the small pile my habibi had with him.

she wouldn't look at anything told him he does not qualify (with no reason) for a visa and asked if he has any emails

he gave her one book (lots of printing!!) of chats (just a sample of 2 days per month for 2 years) and one book of emails (sample too)

when he tried to give her the book of handwritten letters and cards she said i dont want to see those.

she didn't look at pictures she didn't look at the support letters my family wrote

she kept the emails and chats and said they will schedule a second interview.

the 221g she gave said he was denied but they will review the documentation he provided and contact him for second interview when their review is complete.

she didn't even look.

i don't understand how they can lawfully do that. seems to just depend on whatever mood they are in that day.

If you are below the threshold, you do not have to file. Them's the rules. Look in the instructions for a 1040.

US citizen/spouse MUST provide an I-864 as primary sponsor, and needs to provide an explanition why no IRS return along with financial evidence, many just file a zero return, or a return for what ever was made even if below the minimum, and provide this return as evidence of income.

Also will need a Joint sponsor, for this situation.

will tax transcripts showing that i did not file be sufficient?

Letter of explanation needs to site the IRS rules that allowed you to NOT file a return, as well as financial evidence showing why a return.

Again many just file a late return even though you don't need to pay tax, and for what ever amount of income even if it was below the minimum required. and then provide a copy of that return.

Also did you know that by NOT filing a return you may have given up the stimulus rebate?

our case is already complete but i want to write the letter for my husband to bring with him to the interview

because the interview letter had a list saying our financial information was incomplete due to this letter not being in

our affidavit of support but they went ahead and completed our case without it and sent it to Casablanca....

I don't want it to be a reason for denial... so just to be sure i need to write a letter explaining why I am not required to file taxes.

I'm having the same problem with my AOS bill.

I've tried to pay twice now and it keeps getting rejected.

I verified my account number and routing number, I know I have the money in my account.

I called my bank and verified I dont have restrictions on my account.

I have never seen it even tried to hit my account. Like I've never seen it hit the bounce.

My wife got an email in the mail saying that they have accepted me as the choice of agent.

I tried calling the NVC but they said they dont know anything about the online system.

What happens is, Ill pay it online. The next day it shows paid. Then Ill come back a day later and it shows not paid.

The IV bill is already showing too. So Ill be paying that next.

Should I try it a third time?

No. You must pay the AOS before you mail the AOS packet in.

then it will show IV when it is time to pay it.

It only rejected mine because I had ONE number wrong in my account number....

My suggestion is if it rejects it the third time then write a check and get it sent in.

you don't want it to expire.

ok so apparently i am not as smart as i think i am sometimes!!!

i missed one number on my account number....

didn't catch it until the 3rd attempt

it is successfully paid now!

The money was in the account.... but when i checked the payment it said rejected

I was wondering if anyone might know what reasons there might be for why they rejected it.....

I would rather not waste time by repeatedly making the same mistake if i can avoid it.

When pay online, did u get a Receipt Number?

yes we got a receipt number but the status was "PAID" but now it says "REJECTED"

the money was never pending at my bank... and it is still in my bank...

so the receipt number i have is for a rejected payment
