    I got the notice today, it was for intend to denial for misrepresentation. And I also got another update that I485 case was approved.that they sent me approval notice. My question is do I need to reply the intend to denial.

      Maybe it's like that because you have  two active forms I485 with uscis. 

      So, they reopened,reconsidered and approved the old one. 

      Then,  issued an intent to denied for second form I485 because they can't approve two forms at the same time. 

      So, just wait for your approval letter. and then, after receiving the green card in hand, you May now decide to respond by ignoring the intent or by sending them a response that you are already a permanent resident with copy of:

      Your approval letter and your green card.

      I need a lot more context, what did they reopen, and did you actually have two I-485s?
