  1. Today I get home, open the mail and see another ASC notice. It states that the FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card. I am so annoyed and confused why they need to see me again.

My husband and I have to take another day off work and drive 3 hours there and back. I thought I was done with this, first of all I wait 6 months for my Bio appointment after countless calls, and now I have to go again. I was wondering how common this is? Anybody have an idea?

  2. Congratulations to you!!..........although now you have me really worried, I thought Philly was just behind in their processing

Hope it all goes smoothly for you!

It's was your timeline that really had me concerned. I hope your bio date didn't fall through the cracks twzonesmiley.gif. I'm not well versed enough to give you advise on what to do (eg: make an infopass appointment, make a call etc. ). Maybe someone else here has an better idea ideasmiley.gif.

I wish you guys the best of luck...

Thanks. I have tried so many times calling the customer service center and every time I ask about my Bio, they say the NOA is good for a year, and processing dates for Vermont is March 1st and I will have to wait 9 months. They are all morons there, that really don't care, they told me infopass will not help me as I need the letter from them first.

I was watching your time closely as we have similar circumstances.........I really do believe they have messed up.

Please post what your experience was like with Philly, and GOOD LUCK!

  3. Sorry, about the missing timeline. Please see my signature. Looking at the other VJ members that filed in Vermont I am seriously behind in the timeline. I am really anxious now.

It looks like Philly must be swamped...it's too bad. It looks some of the Newark folks who got their NOAs in Dec already have their bio appointment...looks like we are in the "wrong" local office for swift movement.

What's your timeline? I seem to be the only one that filed in Vermont last year that doesn't have their appointment!

  4. Does anybody know how you can estimate the date when you will receive your Biometrics appointment? I was wondering if it has anything to do with how busy the local office is. For example I filed in Vermont, and by Bio will be in Philadelphia.

I have seen other VJ members file in Vermont after me and they have already have their bio appointment. I still have not received mine and was wondering why........

  5. Sorry guys, I have posted before on here asking the same question, but I still have not received my Biometrics appointment letter. I have spoken twice recently to the customer service center and both CSR's have said I have to wait my turn. I am filing in Vermont for removal of conditions and judging by the approval list I should have had my biometrics appointment by now. My NOA was issued on 23rd October.

The second person I spoke to at the service center was an "Officer" and he said my NOA is good for a year and I will have to wait at least 9 months for the bio appointment!! He was really sarcastic and rude, and said that because I have a CR1 it will take me the full 9 months wait. I just don't get it.......anyone else heard of this??

    What is an infopass??

  7. I am really concerned. I filed my I-751 in Vermont on October 15th and received my NOA on October 23rd and still no Biometrics appointment! I have called the Vermont center (I got a Customer Service Rep through change of address option.........incidently the only way to speak to a LIVE person!), and they said that they could not check on my status. According to the VJ list I should have had my appointment by now. Is there anything I can do?

  8. Should I be worried? I sent my application to Vermont on October 15th and received the NOA letter October 23rd........... and still no biometrics. Is there anyway I can call the service center and check if it has been sent out? I called 1 800 375 5283 number (the one given on NOA letter), but it's an automated system, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to talk to a live operator.

    Any advice is deeply appreciated!
