my case was forwarded to the cunsulat in morocco and my wife is waiting for her interview date but i have a question.

since i applied months ago my documents are about to expire by october are we required to renew all the documents before attending the interview i mean the birth certificate the police record and all those things

I am trying to help a friend with the right process i came to visa journey hoping someone will guide me with right process.

my friend is married to a us citizen and he has 3 kids, a long time ago (couple years ) he had his green card from a different women , but at the time when he was ready to apply for the removal of the conditions she disappeared. so he end up get married to his current wife. he started the process years ago when he was told that unless he pays all his owed taxes he won't be able to proceed with the applications. so he waited all this years until he paid all his taxes. now his wife called to immigration to continue the old process they told her that everything has to start all over means he has to apply using the form I-130.

i looking for some help on this case. i appreciate any kind of help on this case

i have a brother who came to us at the age of 10 he is 17 now he has an american passport and he was born outside how can he apply for a citizenship certificate and what form should he use for that .should my dad apply or he can do it on his own since he is a minor

they got married within 90 days and they obtained their marriage certificate. now

they are confused about how to proceed to adjust the status so the wife can obtain her permanent residence .

i would appreciate any further information on how to proceed and how to adjust the status .

My wife will have her interview inch Allah (by God's well) this month.

but i have not seen any idication to any fee

i submitted the petetion from here and i also was her agent , i had to pay two fees

i appreciate any further answer regarding this matter.

Alhamdou lillah, I just recieved the interview letter, that will Inchallah take place next month in casablanca.

i have some questions regarding that.

I was told that i can fax my wife a copy of the letter so she can obtain an appointement to get her medical exam done.

is that possible or does she have to wait until she recieve the letter.?

any futher clarifications are appreciated.

I missed up when i sent the last package with a copy of marriage cert, when i called i got this message :

i have to submit the original the letter was sent on the 12 but i am still waiting...

i don't know if this is gonna take to much time.

i am really blaming my self for this ....

I just returned The DS-230 last thursday with all the civil documents required.

i called after that a couple of times just to see if any changes are happening to my case.

within the week i heard that the package was recieved and that i have to wait for it to be reviewed.

last night however, i called again and i got this indesirable message telling me that the package was reviewed and found messing documents, and that a letter was sent on july 11.

last time after i sent the I-864 i had the same probleme i kept getting the same message when i call the nvc they said the case is incomplete because you haven't send the DS-230..

any ideas

on thursday i recieved a letter from the NVC asking me to mail the D-230 to this adress Att Dr national visa center 32 rochester avenue portsmouth,NH 03801-2901

today i recieved another one asking me the same thing except that adress has a little change instead of Attn .DR it has ATTN CMR

what's the difference? between the two

i hope i haven't make a mistake by sending it to the first adress.

last night i called the nvc, to check on the status of my case. i got chocked when i heard that the package was reviewed and a letter was sent to me asking for more documentation.

i thought i did everything right this are all the documents i submitted ;

3 tax Trasncripts

letter from the employer

3 last pay statements

i am really nervous about this. this taking to much time and effort and i am getting sick.

i feel a little upset now, everything was going well until now .

any second thought i will appreciate
