Hello to this group!
Please I really need your best advice  in this case please. You see my sister was selected for the 2023 dv lottery, but during her entry in the October application she was married to a particular man, which he used as her couple during the DV registration but they are now  divorce, and she is recently married to a new husband a month ago.

So is it OK if she changes her marital status to her new husband while filling the DS260 form and go with him for the interview. Or forget it and go for the interview alone when called for it.
What's your take please advise me on the best line of action to take to avoid denial 🙏
