Hi, all. My I130 and I129F were approv'd at same time in May'08. I paid $355 thrice(wife two daughters) now I stand to lose this money if I go the I130 ? As an average worker who doesn't make that much, this would be a huge loss for me given I still face so many other fees plus air fare. I wish Mr. Bent would address this issue , God says, Do not defruad the laborer of his wages. Has the US immigration become a godless, no compassioned entity ? I'd like to hear other opinions. Thanks to all.

Hi,YMR. I send my wife money every two weeks for necessities like rent,food,etc, primarily because I love her with all my heart, we are seperated by 3500 miles+ but she has my heart there with her. Also My I130 &I129F were both aprv'd 5-19, we are so happy, I can't express the feeling, i know its only the first step, but I hear the rest W/B quicker.

Thank God, our I130 and K3 were both approv'd May19, I am sooo happy and the wife is estatic. We file I130 Aug 22,07 and K3 Oct 24, 07 . I wish a quick approv'l to all those still waiting, God is good and He will never let you down.

Well yesterday i checked my mail, and noticed two letters indicating my I129f and I-130 have been approved. I'm assuming this means I'm taking the K3 route. but I'm wondering if the immigrant visa will continue to be processed? will we have to go back to india for that interview at a later time?

what is the 4 month date range under the approval ?

Hello, I'm still waiting,I'm an Aug '07 filer,at the CSC, i miss my wife and children so badly, the big wigs that run the show at USCIS don't have any compassion or feelings for families thus their silence and indifference prevails, but God is bigger than they are and we'll get tru this soon.

Greetings, both the wife and I are at the end of our rope waiting for the CSC to aprov our I130 filed Aug '07 and the I129F on Sep.'07. Call'd Mon 5/12 told both are in same folder with officer,to wait some more. It's hard not seeinf,touching wife,daughters for 9 months. I've used my congress people, still waiting. They are still doing bckgrnd chk,even though i've had 3 security clearances durn'ng my work history. Please pray for us and all those who have waited so long. God is good and things will improv soon.

Thank you, I desire the same for all of us K3 Oct filers still waiting for our nA2 and all others who just started this dehumanizing process in that the USA could improve process if that had the desire to, we are a great nation but treat immigrants as an afterthought. Hi, the nightmare for me and my SO continues at the CSC. I'm a K3 filers from Oct 24 and still pending.I con'td my congress people and still waiting for bkgrnd chk, still same response when I call, ..wait another 30 days and call back. I wish that made the govt reveal truly how many immigrants have really done some some disloyal or criminal act, I don't think there would be many, most just want to began a better life with their family and love ones. How sad our own govt must view us all under the cloud of suspision and fear. My hope lies in my Lord who made the heaven and earth. I wiash everyone a speedy approv'l.

Hello. I'm in same boat, last touchd 4/13 I130 and 129F both. I'm aug filer. Spoke to CIS today said they still doing back ground check. My two daughters are in school, wife at home how hard can that be ? I pray God will bless us all and aprove us soon, God knows the right time for us, all will be well soon.

i called uscis today and you know what they said , that our case is still within the 30days so wait until next posting befor you follow up

and the good side of what i did I WAS TOUCH!!!! again finally after 1month but my I-29F sucks still hanging i don't know when it will be touch but whats the use of being touched if it's feels that they are not doing anything

I hope and pray God will help all of us who are in this situation.... Have a nice day to all..

I'm In the same boat as you. Our 129F and I130 both touched 4/13 and when I called they said call back at end of the month we still processing Sept petitions. The person who answered was in Indiana was as our case is in CSC.

Was it touched because they looked it up when you called? If so it doesn't mean much of anything, unfortuantely.

I had called the previous friday. I also had my congress people call. I am praying we all get approvd soon. Hang in there I know how tough it is not to touch, hug, kiss your wife and children for 8 months.

can anybody tell what might be the reason behind this delay for NOA2 for some of who filed August At CA Service Center.

NO RFE, NO UPDATE WHATSOEVER.

I Just Talk to my husband and he has not received anything from the mail???

Website not Touch since March 7, 2008.... No RFE??? so what could possibly be wrong with our case???

I'm an August filer also, sick of waiting but never lose hope, God is good and will make a way, my I130 and I129F were both touch Sun April 13 at CSC, hope this week we alll get apprv'd. Hang in there it's comming.

Hi, I'm an Aug filer and my I130 was last touched 3/26, call'd twice they said call next wed thats when we'll look at your case because that when it's over the 30 days past the posted processing time. I'm praying that we all get approve soon. They have not touched my I129F(K3) since 3/4/08.

Hi, I list'd my name on VJ as grasshopper,actually it's gilberto and I'm doing K3 for my queen in Santo Domingo. I file I130 and had NOA1 in Aug 22 and hadn't been touch'd in 6 months, I contacted my Senators and represntvs and I got touch'd for both I130 and I29F on 2/27, wow! Praise God. I hope all Aug filers get their aprovals very soon.
