Hey guys I'm fairly stressed. I paid for my E3 visa through an app called Wise for the US consulate in Singapore on Thursday morning but it still hasn't activated my receipt number so I can schedule my appointment. I called them on Friday asking if the payment had gone through.. it had but my account wasn't activated. They said they'd fast track me but still nothing. I also think I've tried a lot of times and worry it'll lock the receipt number. I'm pretty desperate to get an appointment this week :( does anyone know if the support team at cgi federal can manually unlock your account? I read another post saying they never could and had to do something else. Please help me!
