  1. I received a reply from our Representative’s office. It seems they have taken our case for Administrative Processing, and NVC cannot estimate when the process will be completed. Does anyone have info about the Administrative Processing?
  2. Sorry to hear that. Any idea when you might find an available appointment?
  3. Oh okay. I sent the email yesterday, and didn’t get confirmation they will check. So I was wondering. Thanks.
  4. Thanks for sharing the reply. How long did it take for your representative to get back to you?
  5. Nope, no news today. I sent an email to my representative’s office, we don’t want to miss the next shipping date.
  6. Today is an NVC shipping date! Good luck everyone! It’s also the 60th day mark from our NOA2, hoping for good news.
  7. I found this website, showing NVC time frames and embassy averages: https://visawhen.com/nvc It’s not something we don’t already know, but I think it’s worth checking.
  8. I think it’s 60 days on average. Our NOA2 is July 29 as well. Hoping to hear something tomorrow.
  9. Great news, congrats! I wonder what is the latest NOA2 date they processed and sent. Our case was approved on July 29th. I think it should be sent on either September 27 or October 11
  10. Yes, the schedule is every other Tuesday. So, Aug 30, Sep 13, Sep 27, Oct 11…
  11. I don’t think there is anything you should do at this point. As far as I know, DS-160 and fees come after the Embassy contacts you or the Beneficiary.
  12. Yes, there is this NVC case status website https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx How did you get started with contacting your Representative?
  13. I did the exact thing, and got the same response. My NOA2 date also changed. My approval notice says “The above petition has been approved. We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Center.” I don’t have a number next to my name, but there is one next to my fiance’s name, that is the Alien Registration Number. I think NOA2 date and Approval Date are different so you can keep referring to 7/28 as your Approval Date, 8/24 is just the date of this notice.
  14. I received an email reply from USCIS for my e-request. I will paste the reply below: “We mailed your approval notice to you using the most recent address we have on file. However, the U.S. Postal Service returned your approval notice to this office. As a courtesy, we will mail a duplicate Approval Notice.” I don’t know how/why USPS would return the mail because I’m still living in the same address I received my NOA1.
  15. I don’t know if it’s required, but it is advisable to take a copy of your I-129F, and the relationship proof, citizenship proof etc.
  16. US citizen fiance needs to fill I-134 with supporting evidence and send it to the beneficiary to take it for the interview.
  17. Hi, I’m in the same boat. NOA2 July 29 and no mail received. I sent the e-request too. Just waiting for a reply.
  18. How do we receive the case number? Do we ask the NVC, or they tell us by mail or something?
  19. Hi All, Question to Approved June filers, have you received your NOA2 in the mail yet? It has been 16 days since our approval and we haven’t received it. Thanks.
  20. I didn’t receive the NOA2 either, approval date is July 29. In the case status they are saying I can do an e-request if I don’t get it by August 13.
