I will also go to an interview in Poland. I received Packet 3 from the embassy in a very short time, you can see below. It has been a week now and haven't received Packet 4 yet. In packet 4 there will be a date of the interview, so you don't have to call them.

Thanks for the feedback. I do need to phone. I have some family illness issues and other situations that need us to speed along the process. Also, mail to Belarus is much slower than elsewhere.

Help, I am sure something like this has been asked, but cannot seem to figure out how to search for it.

My fiancee are approved and have received the letter from NVC that they are forwarding to Warsaw. Any guidance on how long it takes to get the packet from Warsaw? Does my fiancee call them and set the interview date?

I intend to go with her to the interview and planning for planes and such is driving me nuts. Just need to have a clue how much warning I am going to have between contact and interview to get tickets to get over there.
