I-129F question 12:

How does this affect the application? I was considering filing the I-129F while she is here on the tourist visa waiver, about a month before she returns to her home country. Will this cause any trouble? Is it easier/better to just wait until after she returns to file the paperwork?

All they did was vote to recommend Cervarix for 11 and 12 year olds and endorse the use of Gardasil in boys 9 to 26 (but did not recommend it). http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/booster_sh...il-in-boys.html
As it stands now, the HPV vaccine is still required for immigrants. What we're really waiting on is to see if this proposal is ever adopted: http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/laws_regs/fed...dex_vaccine.htm
