  1. Hello everyone,

How about the spouse's A#? (the petitioner)

Should we write "None" or the number indicated on the NOA2? (Part 3. B of the Form I-465)

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi hinata,

You should type "none" if your husband is a US citizen.

    Thanks very much sweetcouple!!!!!

Actually if your spouse is a naturalized US citizen, they did at some point or another have an A#, and if so, it must be entered there. Just clarifying for future reference.

Actually my husband is a naturalized US citizen. I will use the A# (beneficiary) that is on the NOA2.

Thanks very much Minya's wife!!!!! That helped a lot!!!!

  2. Thank you all for your replies. That helps me a lot.

I don't know exactly what I will do.

I'm thinking about sending to my fiancee the proof of the real estate or re-sending a new I-134 with only income and no assets.

Hope this long process will end soon...

Thank you again for your help and good luck to you all!

  3. Hello everybody,

I have a hard time filling out the I-134... Hope you could help me...

I found a sample via this link:

    http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

If the annual income is over the poverty guidelines, I guess I don't have to write anything else about my assets...

If I own a real estate, do I need to specify and prove it? I'm asking this because I bought it with the help of a friend of mine who has his name on the papers.

    Another thing...

About #10, I have to write the date I submitted the petition. Is it the date I put on the petition and signed or is it the date I sent the petition?

I know my question is ridiculous, but I'm confused...

    Thanks for your help.
