@Hoba did you ever figure out the birth certificate?  My husband received an RFE for his Egyptian birth certificate.  We submitted the official one with a certified translation.  Any advice on what they're looking for from us? 

I recently filed the K1 petition for my fiance in Egypt, but now having second thoughts about the timeline and considering going the CR-1 path. We have been researching the requirements to marry in Egypt and I'm wondering is there a country that is easier for marriage and also easy for us each to access from the U.S. and from Egypt? I started checking, but haven't found any enticing options yet. Thanks, friends.

Any advice about getting the appointment? There aren't any available to book right now and the embassy is very slow to respond to emails. My fiance found information online about booking an emergency appointment. Any ideas about that? Thanks!

Yes. I understand we can submit the i765 with the permanent residence application. But I don't understand which eligibility category applies in this situation. 

Hello! I'm a citizen filing the I130 package for my spouse. Which eligibility category should we list on the I765 form.
