I sent my i-130 to USCIS and now they return my application back with letter notice " This office is unable to accept and process the correspondance, information, or remittance that you sumitted" so i really don't know reason that they can not accept my application. Please note that all form that I submit are I-130, I-130a, G-1145, and form I-864.

Ok to do that but concentrate on primary evidence of time spent together in person, like passport stamps and boarding passes. Those are primary evidence you traveled to Cambodia. That you were in country is accepted as evidence you were together there.
Thank you so much sir for your advices I will find all evidences.

We are still just in the receipt stage so I can't tell you if it worked or not lol But that's what we did. Only time will tell I suppose!
Thank you my friend

Photos and call logs are secondary evidence, but it doesn't hurt to include them to show a pattern of communication, time together, and family acceptance. I would not go overboard though with the I130, you can always take more photos/evidence to the interview.
Good Luck!
Thank you sir for your advices.

Mail each package separately. These are separate petitions.
If you want both beneficiaries to come to the USA together, then wait for both I-130s to be approved before uploading NVC documents for each. Then wait for both to be document qualified (DQ) before filing DS-260 for each. They should ask the embassy to be interviewed on the same day or together.
Hopefully the visas will be issued with overlapping validity. If not, one will have to come first, and then go back to bring back the other.
Please do not apply for N-600 for your child until he has a US passport and passport card.
Alright Mike big thank for your sharing. I have some question about submitting documents, can I submit all documents at the first time that I submit to USCIS? Example like form I-864, DS-260 etc.

apply the I 130 for each separately and follow the post that Mike E gave for the N 600 after your child arrives
Ok thank you for your advice but if I apply I-130 for each separately, when I submit the form do I need to put all files in two separate packages or just combine in one packege?

See https://www.visajourney.com/guides/
Once your son enters the USA on his immigration visa, if you have physical and legal custody of him your wife and you can apply for USA passport and passport card for him. Do not pay the green card fee for him.
After he gets his passport and passport card, file N-600 so that he has an original evidence of USA citizenship Independent of your naturalization certificate
Thank you for your replying what should i do if my son and my wife is not in US ?

u follow the guides above for CR1 for wife and CR2 for child/ separate petition for each plus $535 fees for each
and no, he is not a citizen as he was born before your citizenship
my understanding is he would have been if he had a green card at the time
The child may be a U.S. citizen if ALL these things are, or were, true at the same time:
- The child is under 18 years old.
- The child is a legal permanent resident of the U.S. (has a green card)
Thank you for you advice i forgot mention that my son is under 18 so can he become a US citizen?

Received Form I-797c What to do next?
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
Hello folks
I just received mail of form I-797c with somes in struction that discribed as follow:
- We have received your form and are currently processing the above case for the following beneficiaries: "my spouse name and date of birth"
- If this notice contains a priority date, this priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates. We will notify you separately about any other case you field.
- If we determine you must submit biometrics, we will mail you a biometrics notice with the time and place of your appointment.
After i try to create an acount on USCIS website following my spouse's case they ask me to provide Online access code and i could not find that code on I-797c form. I have only reciept number. So where can i find that code ? and what to do next after i received this notice?
Thank you.
