  1. Yes it’s the only lease for us, pictures are annotated and spanning several years. The bank account I could add more but was advised that 6 months was more than enough
  2. I thought so. So we are all in the clear. Thank you for that ♥️
  3. Hey everybody, my husband and I just submitted on Feb 27 his I-751. His conditional green card expires on May 13. He is going to visit his family from April 22-May 3. We do have the extension for the I-751 for the green card so I told him to take that with him just in case. I figure we shouldn’t have to worry about anything but everything is so hectic now. Just wanted some words of comfort from my fellow VisaJourney squad
  4. Hey everybody, I wanted to see what everybody thought about the evidence we sent in for our I-751. Here’s what we sent - lease agreement with both of our names -6 months worth of bank statements with both our names on the account - 2023 & 2024 taxes we filed jointly - my life insurance with my husband listed as the beneficiary - 20 photos of us together and with both of our families - I believe we sent the car insurance with both of our names on it but can’t remember - both of our drivers license showing the same address and my last name change to his since him entering the states - his green card copy i believe this is enough evidence for us. Waiting on approval so the countdown begins….
  5. Hey everybody, my husband has his two year green card which expires on May 13. We have already filed the I-751 at the end of February and have also received the extension letter for 48 months. He is traveling back to his home country on April 22 and will return on May 3. His GC will still be valid but he’s also taking with him the extension letter to be on the safe side. Do we have anything to worry about? I believe we will be fine as we have all the correct documents and he doesn’t have a criminal record. These times are hectic and just want some extra comfort.
  6. Hello, I’m joining this thread a little late. sent package 02/27 package received 03/03 biometrics scheduled 03/14 received extension letter 03/15 biometric appointment 03/31 case being actively reviewed by USCIS 03/31 now the waiting begins! ….
  7. In regards to my case, my joint sponsor filed taxes jointly with his spouse but she didn’t earn income. So I didn’t add her to the I-864 or submit an I-864A as many people suggested I do. However I did have his spouse fill out an I-864A and took it with me to the interview in case they asked for it. They did not so I did not give it to them and we got approved no problem. This happens to a lot of people.
