Can anyone tell me if a consulate recognized physician practices in Edmonton. In the lsit my fiance recieved lists the closet doctor as being in Calgary. Thanks
-
Thank You, I thought possibly a website (NVC) may allow you to enter your receipt number for tracking. The smoke signal answer was quite creative.

Basic question, without waiting for confirmation by mail / or calling how can one check to see if the NVC recieved your packet?
-
ooops, guess that would make a difference...

I'm not sure why the timeline states that number, unless i'm wrong, a simple count of the days adds up to 106. Days by the month 17 Dec., 29 Feb., 31 March, 29 April equals 106 And Thanks for the kind words!

On Saturday 05/03 I recieved our approval from CSC. According to my math it was approved in 106 days. December 14th until April 29th. Glad to have that wait out of the way.

Sorry, I misspoke or wrote....I'm not the best with the immigration lingo, i've filed for an I129F with the daughter attached to the paperwork. All's going as planned, but it's the timing. I'm not sure my bride/daughter can get their consulate visit/approval before the beginning of the school year. I'm looking for a way/suggestions on how to get her started on time. It may be impossible, but I thought i'd ask. Thank you

I wasn't certain were to post this so............ I'm researching the possiblity/legalities of getting my finace's daughter enrolled in high school in the US this next fall. Her mother and I may or may not be married before that time. (Our approval looks to be in May) Is this an option? Can she get a student visa, prior to the K3. Can anyone assist me or give me an idea how I might accomplish this. It's her senior year of high school and I would like her to complete the full year her in the US. Thank You.

Hand printed with a ink pen.

This is probably a ridiculous question, but for the sake of my soon to be wife.... I "printed" my name in the signature box. (I-129F form app.) On any legal form this is the way I "sign" my name. Is this a possible problem?

Beautiful!! Upon speaking to her yesterday and mentioning the ink color it was quite silent on her end of the phone.... because our forms had already got lost in transit from her to me to begin with. Thank You, i'll will pass this along and make her day!

Upon recieving our forms I noticed my bride to be signed each in blue ink. The forms are completed in type texted, but once again she sign in "Blue" ink. Is or could this be a problem?

Just curious, after researching the forum and reading the I129-F instructions go figure i'm a bit confused. The photo instructions state give USCIS a passport-"style" photgraph. In which I interpret as it can be something similiar to a official passport photo. I went out and pulled up an official goverment passport document and reviewed the photo page of the same. The picture size states a 2x2 but if you measure the outline on the page were you insert the picture it's somewhat smaller. The chin to the hairline measurements are correct on the form at one 1 inch. I guess what i'm asking here is no where on the I-129F instruction portion does it state submit 2x2 picture. The only dimension mentioned (in the instructions) is the photo should be one inch from your chin to your hairline. How crucial are the photo dimensions.

I'm completing my I-129F paperwork and when ask for the American Embassy or consulate on line 20 i'm unsure of my options. It appears Montreal and Vancouver are the only options. There is an American Consulate in Calgary which would serve in our case quite handy. Can anyone advise me as too this office being an option, that is the Calgary Consulate. I was inform any American consulate can handle any type of visa applications??Thank You
