well, I had my interview two months ago and i was told to bring the return taxes of my co-sponsor, and a week ago i took that document to the consulate of casablanca then they asked me for my passport. after i gave them my passport , i was very happy because i thought that i have to wait only couple of days for their call so i can go to pick up my visa. unfortunately, i recently got a call from them but i was informed that my co-sponsor doesnt make enough money and i have to find a new co sponsor that makes enough.

honestly, my wife and I are unable to find a new co-sponsor and im trying to get as much as i can of information concerning the fact if it is ok to let them have my passport even though i dont have a new co sponsor -at leaset for now-, or should I email them and tell them whats going on so they can give me back my passport ?? please, we will truly appreciate your help , even that tiny information.

hi guys, at the date of interview shall i take the fee of visa with me ? or i'll need to pay that later when they will issue the visa ?

oh guys, thank you very much for the information. there was a friend of mine who told me to say the truth in the inerview and avoid to lie, therefore, in case they ask me about her current job , i think i'll simply say " she recently got laid off". besides, the point that "mybackpages" has said is true, my wife should be the primary sponsor and because of her insufficient income we alreay got an other co -sponsor for her and we submited her forms and information to the nvc a while ago. i think since we already had a co-sponsor , we shouldn't worry very much. what do u think ? thanks alot

thank you for answering, she got laid off just yesterday and the interview is after 4 weeks ! should the co-spnsor fill out the forms and become the primary sponsor ?

well, i'm in this CR1visa. my case is in casablanca consulate right now and i got informed about the interview date, but my wife which is my primary sponsor in the affidvait of support got laid off .. so, would that affect my case ? what do i have to do ? do we need to find an other sponsor or wait until she gets new job ? thanks in advance.
