and will they acept an amended Taxes?

I130 is approved already in 3 months.

biometrics completed.

No interview 

RFE for recent taxes working on that.

will we ever be called in for an interview?

and how’s comes they haven’t sent me a work auth or travel auth ? I had applied

please any answers will be soo grateful !

i was so surprised it was that quick i sent almost 300 pictures. And a wealth of info and proof, plus at that time we were married over 2 years also.

now I’m waiting for the amended taxes they requested, and still no interview.

I did biometrics already also.

I doubt I will be doing an interview 

Hello everyone my burning question is I submitted 2019 taxes with my AOS in aug 2021….. slight over sight, so they sent RFE for 2020 Taxes which are recent …no biggie but  my 2020 taxes are Amended will that be an issue for uscis ? They do qualify for sponsorship and above the $21,775 for 2 person household. 

Please please I’m on a dead line let me know guys
