Fb-1! I called and they only told me "I'm waiting for an interview and they can't tell me my place in line". Hopefully I hear something soon. I check all of my email folders and the NVC website all day like a stalker lol!

Hi how did you find out which dates they are currently working on? I'm in the F category and DQ since May 2020 but haven't heard anything 😕 

What did they ask in the interview? Were the kids approved?

Hi I have the exact same situation. I have not received an interview yet but I did call the NVC so that we can be prepared when the time comes. They said that neither the biological parents nor me ( the petitioner) have to be present. Only a caregiver (grandmother, sister, friend, etc) and that this person's name should be emailed to them prior to the interview.  However, I do believe that at least the father should be there to help the chances even though it's not required.
