  1. i have been living with my fiance before but we love taking a picture, so i think picture is the best evidence to show, like with several places and people.

but i have other better evidence but i'm not sure if it's the best. we are having a baby together so by the time we have been waiting for the visa, i was pregnant and have a baby now. and I thought my baby can show them how can we met within 2 years.

  2. I couldn't believe it, but today I got my email notification that my NOA2 has been approved and mailed out. HOORAY!!! Thanks for all the support during my wait. I know it's not over yet, but I think the road should be quicker from this point.

    congratulations!

I just got mine too. like 140 days something waiting, no mail alert, no touch, no case status update. just hard copy to the address.

    surprise!

  3. I'm gonna bring my baby to come with me, she is about 4 months old and she is my Fiance's baby.

But by th time we were applying for our case I was pregnant so we didn't put her name in there but my fiance said that I was pregnant that time

now i'm waiting for Packet 3 and I have to bring her to get the medical exam soon right

so what i ask is if she needs a photograph too?

4 months old baby? how and anyone has a description about this from USCIS I cannot find nowhere abut the baby's photograph only for adult.

can anyone help me please, thank you

I take it the person you refer to as your fiance is a US Citizen. If so, it is very likely your baby needs a US passport instead of a visa because children of US citizens almost always qualify to be US Citizens regardless of the marital status of their parents at the time of birth.

thank you for your help, my fiance flew to Thailand when the baby was born but he didn't bring her to US Embassy to get the US passport so she is carrying Thai passport right now. And my fiance might not be able to come back here to make her one. so she is Thai for now til we get married there.

  5. Hey Nineta,

As I see u've just started with your K-1, so I just wanted to wish all the best luck to you. :)

We sent our I-129F to California Service Center on Sept. 22, had no receipt and no news for over a month, called them 3 times, no help, they just said: if you don't get it in 90 days, call again... blah blah blah :(

So i started to freak out and made him call again until we got any kind of help. He called today, the first person said the same as 3 times before. After he got mad and called again, explained that we didn't even know if they got it, the nice lady asked for our names, checked and then said that our case had been put in the computer yesterday and the receipt was gonna be sent. :)))))

And btw, the USCIS webpage said that our case was supposed to be processed and receipts were supposed to be issued like 3 weeks ago. That's why i was worried that we were still without any news...

So get prepared to wait for a while before it gets processed, cause aparently California Service Center is a slowest one. :( It took us like a month and a half, so good luck to you :)

I support that "California Service Center is a slowest one" cuz I got the same thing happened no news, no contact, no letter until we called like many many times and got a receipt number as NOA1 so we can check the status online and it's frozen like over 4 months til present. still waiting for NOA2

but my friends who are June filers in Thailand, they all got NOA2 already. So maybe it means faster or slower it depends on how complicate of your case right?

  6. i heard nothing from them too like for 2 months but we knew that they cashed the check and my fiance called them then we got the receipt number until now from June 21- Nov 6 we havent got NOA1 hard copy yet

and they said they didnt send some of NOA1 to some cases and some are delayed so it doesnt matter right?

and I still hear nothing, our case doesnt get updated or touched or anything

I hope they are working on it at least taking a look at my name.... just hope

  7. hello, well I applied for I-129F K1 visa and we sent the right application for I-129F because we didn't marry yet.

    - My Fiance didn't get the letter (hard copy) to his address so he called and got the receipt number to check the case online

and it said application type I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, does it suppose to say

    I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)?

    - So I feel like I got the wrong case number? Does it ever happen to you guys?

  8. When you called them...they will ask for the case number and then the name verification. That right there should give you an indication if it's the right case no. or not.

well thank you for your answer, my fiance called them today and they gave the same case number

but my fiance said cuz my case is different because I was pregnant when we applied for the case til now the baby was born already

so i'm not sure about this and i do not think i will get k3 visa cuz we are not married yet and we did I-129 F application

so I 130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

is it like one kind of visa for fiance who was pregnant or something?

still be curious, need more help :help:

  9. well, my boyfriend had sent the case to CA center and got a receipt number but not the letter to his address after he had called many times.

then he checked the case status online and it said

On June 21, 2007, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive the......

So the point is why it said I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN instead of I129-F for K1 visa?

and we didn't married yet and

i am so sure he sent the right application. I'm curious if there is something wrong because it might make the case pending longer or not.

and another problem by the time he sent the case I was pregnant like 5 months until now the baby was born already and he didn't bring the baby to US embassy to get the birth certificate (He is US citizen) so she has to carry Thai passport.

So I didn't put her name in the application yet

what should I do? :help:please help thank you
