Hey guys, It's my first time posting here and I want to file for vawa but I cant afford an attorney so I have a couple of basic questions.
When you use a therapist as proof of abuse is there an amount of time you have to have been seeing the therapist? How many pages do most people write for their personal declaration? Also I was previously denied entry and it mentions arrest date on my backround check so should I check yes to previously being arrested?
