Then you may want to correct your timeline, and profile status. Timeline says Adjustment of status approved last September, not removal of conditions. And profile shows Adjustment of status pending, not Removal of conditions approved.
From the data you presented it simply looks like came here, married and waited nearly 2 years before getting around to filing an I-485 to adjust status.
Very confusing.
Yes I see that now. I'll look up her history and update the timeline soon. I apologize for the confusion.

My mistake ROC was approved last September. She meets all of the requirements for citizenship. Her conditional permanent residence was approved 9/08. Her green card shows "Resident Since : 09/17/08".

Cathy arrived in the U.S. January of 2008 on a fiance Visa. Her AOS was approved September 2010. She will have been a permanent resident for three years in September 2011. We plan for her to apply for citizenship 90 days in advance which will be June of this year.
The question I have regards her current Philippine passport which will expire in March of 2012. We have no plans for her to leave the country until at least mid 2012. Since we see no reason that her citizenship might be denied is there any reason for us to renew her Philippine passport? We will have to travel to Chicago to the Philippine embassy to have it renewed and we would much rather put that money towards her N-400 application if we can. Is our logic sound? Is there any reason for us to spend the time and money to renew her passport when it will be replaced by a US passport soon?

Yaaay! Approved on the same day I posted my last message.
Thanks
Andy & Cathy
I didn't think that my wife's I-751 was going to be a problem either, but... The first NOA stated evidence submitted was insufficient.
Initial application (June 29 2010) included, sent -
2 affidavits
copies of our joint checking account
2009 tax returns
life insurance showing my wife as beneficiary
reply to initial NOA (10/10/10) included -
letters from health insurance showing everyone is covered
copy of our son's SS card (he was born after the original submission of the I-751)
more copies of our joint checking account
2008 tax returns
life insurance again since they did not acknowledge it with the original submission
Copies of various documents that Cathy signed when we refinanced our house.
I even sent a copy of the page out of our local phone directory showing we have the same address and phone.
Hopefully that's enough. It's been almost a month now and no new NOAs received. It will probably be ok, but I'm a little nervous. How long should we expect to wait for a reply?
I've been checking status online using the original receipt. Will they continue to update under that receipt # or will there be a new number to check status with?

Breathe.
Here is some insight knowledge; don't tell anyone!
If your marriage is, real and you live together with your husband like a "normal: married couple, there is no way in heaven that your ROC petition will NOT be APPROVED.
Understand, all they want to see from you is some evidence that have been living together for the past 2 years/

Thank you to everyone that replied. We've done some research and have learned that it will probably not cost as much as I had originally feared. She'll be staying in the US of the birth.
We just got back from her dr appointment. The baby is due on Sept 9th and we'll find out the gender in a month. (we're hoping for a girl. The family is already full of little boys!)

Her pregnancy really caught us by surprise. We added her to my insurance policy, but did not add the pregnancy rider. A we'll have to pay 100%. The birth alone can cost $17,000.00. Heaven forbid there be any complications. round trip airfare for everyone, money to live on and medical bills there wouldn't be close to that.

I am a US citizen and my wife who is from the Philippines is here in the US and has her green card. She is pregnant and wants to have the baby in the Philippines to save money. How much trouble will it be to bring our new son/daughter back to the US?

Finally the wait is over. My sweetheart breezed through her medical last month and her interview on Thursday. Shes going to spend a week back home with her mother and father then she will be here the week of Jan 21st!
Thanks for the support we've received here and good luck to you all with this long process. The wait is worth it!

Gratzies!!! Am so happy for you!!!
Thank you, Jeraly! We still have a bit of a wait ahead of us, but I'm hoping it will pass quickly.

I called the Manila Embassy yesterday to check the status of our K-1 case. If I understood the woman correctly somewhere on their website one can check the status of an interview schedule. So far I have been unable to find the correct link. Can someone direct me to the right place?
Thanks,
Andy
Never mind. I was able to answer my own question.

Scroll down and click where it says "Click here and check for your case number"

Trying to navigate this maze and could use some help, encouragement, advice, etc.
I submitted our application to Texas in late June and received canceled check in July. Some questions...
1. I never received a hard copy (that's the NOA1?), but called the customer service folks and they told me how to find the receipt number on the canceled check, which I did. Shows it was received JULY 2nd and sent to CSC for processing. I still never have received hard copies of anything in the mail -- will I need anything or is the ability to track progress online enough?
2. Is there anything we should be doing while we wait for notification of approval of the application?
3. Beginning with the end in mind ... with a JULY 2nd receipt date and clean records for both myself and my fiancee (we met July 2006 and I've been there 7 times) when would you guess she'll finally receive her Visa?
Thanks from this Texas rookie.
Good luck to all.
I am sure your approval is coming soon. I think the most important thing to do at this point is to try to hold onto your sanity. This is a very hard wait that has been very hard on my health and relationship with my fiancé. We are making it through it. Also too it is probably a good time to get police background check done and birth certificates too. I am organizing all the paperwork I have but not going to go overboard on proof of ongoing relationship. I will bring pictures and most of the many cards she has sent me and of course phone bills. Thank god for the internet though because my bills aren't too high anymore because we use skype.
Good luck and God bless.
Tim
I would have to agree with Tim considering your sanity. All of the waiting involved can be very frustrating. I would also recommend these pages for information for estimating the time involved.

Our case was forwarded to Manila on 11/15!

Finally!! We now have a case number and it was forwarded to Manila on 11/15. Woohoo!!

I guess she was telling the truth.. I now have an NVC case number!!! hurray!!!!
This can be so frustrating! My petition was approved on 10/26 and the NVC still does not have record of it! As of today it's been 3 weeks sine my NOA2. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to complain... just venting. I'm happy for you, Tim Y - Congrats!

If I wasn't so much in love this waiting wouldn't be so bad - but I am so it is I've read elsewhere that CIS holds approved NOA2s until they have a box or crate full. Well if this is true mine must have just missed the box. I've seen others here whose NOA2 is dated just a few days before mine and the NVC received it only a week later. Our NOA2 is dated 10/26 and I'm still waiting. Very frustrating! One would think they would rather have a steady flow of these things coming to the NVC instead of having a huge pile dumped one a month! Oh well, what can I do but try and be patient.
I've read that they sent out 2 crates last week so it's a good sign to come. Try contacting them to see if maybe yours got shipped out last week. Most of us who were approved in September waited at least 5 weeks before NVC received our cases. Hang in there.
I just got off the phone with the USCIS office. They tell me they have no way of knowing if my petition has actually left their office. They could only tell me that it might take as much as 90 days for the NVC to receive it!!!
AndyM, I was approved on 10/18 and it's not been received yet (as of 11/9), but was told twice it was shipped out on 11/6. Those that were approved the day before me already have their cases at the embassies. Hopefully they send them from NVC to the embassies this week for those of us who had to wait till the 6th for the next crate to leave CSC.
I'm usually a pretty patient person, but this is driving me nuts! How were you able to get them to tell you a specific date it was shipped? All I can get is the usual canned response of "as much as 90 days." If the statistics that you show here hold true I think we'll be in pretty good shape. I sure wish I could get more specific answers out of them though.
Thanks for your input!

I will call CSC today and ask if Cathy's petition has shipped yet. I'll let you know what I learn.
Thanks the advice and encouragement!

Ok. Timeline is now updated with what I could find at the moment. There are a few gaps, but major dates are there. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
